There are a few things that we can all do to help the children of the future.

1. Teach Independent Thinking

We must remember that our personal life experience is not the truth, but rather our truth—shaped by the sum of our experiences and all the propaganda we have accepted as true.

The greatest gift we can give the next generation is to teach them the folly of conformity. They already possess, lying dormant within them, the wisdom and power to achieve anything they dare to dream.

They will never escape the mediocrity of this world until they learn to think for themselves, commit their thoughts to action, and grow into people who are prepared to accept total responsibility for the consequences.

2. Encourage Experience, Not Protection

Our job is not to protect them, but to encourage them to gain as much experience as possible in the shortest possible time, while allowing them to develop the limitless possibilities of their own incredible imaginations.

3. Never Underestimate the Next Generation

There is something else worth remembering: there is no age restriction on common sense.

In my experience of training children, I have found that when they are given the opportunity to be exposed to the principles of exceptional performance, they usually rise to the occasion more quickly and more effectively than adults.
